Please follow the instructions on the main contrast ratio page. Remember:

Set the camera to a low resolution (e.g. 640x480)
Set the zoom to wide-angle mode (fully zoomed out)
Use the same ISO speed, white balance (not "auto"), and aperture (F-number) for the two photos.
